Snowman's Balls (aka Hehe...balls)

Ok, so, I don't have a photo of this since I didn't make any this weekend, but these were a hit at Thanksgiving so I thought I'd post the recipe.

You will need:

One package of Oreo cookies or a cheaper knock off brand.

One package of fat free cream cheese (I buy the box).

One or two packages of white chocolate chips, depending on how much you want on your um...balls.

Crush the cookies into crumbs either by beating the hell out of them with a rolling pin, or chuck them all in a food prosessor / blender.

Add the cream cheese to the crushed cookies and mix with your hands / blender, whatever until it's a nice pasty like dough.

Roll your little Oreo balls a bit smaller than a walnut and put them on a plate covered with wax paper. Freeze yo' balls.

Melt the white chocolate by following the directions on the back of the bag. A microwave will work, but since I don't have one I use a double broiler which works well, too. It's easy to burn though, so be careful!

Once your white chocolate has melted, take your balls (heh) out of the freezer and you can either dip them in the white chocolate, or pour the chocolate over them to cover.

Then pop them back in the freezer until the chocolate is solid again, and enjoy Frosty's balls!
